Return Eligibility
Only unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging are eligible for return. All accessories must be intact.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns received after this time will not be accepted.
Return Process
Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once you receive the RMA number, please pack the product in appropriate packaging materials to ensure that it will not be damaged during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging materials.
Please include the following information in your return package: order number, date of purchase, contact information, and reason for return.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable mailing service and purchasing appropriate shipping insurance to prevent loss or damage during shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Please note that refund processing may take several business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
If your refund request is not approved, we will contact you to explain the specific reasons and try to help resolve the problem.
Shipping Damage
If the product you received is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately upon signing for it and take photos as evidence if possible. We will assist you in processing the claim for shipping insurance.
